Fees and Payments

The consultation fee is due when the appointment is booked. To reserve the facility and initiate other arrangements, an operating room fee is payable when surgery is scheduled. Surgical fees are due three weeks prior to the date of operation. All major credit cards are accepted. Financing may be arranged through resources such as CareCredit and PatientFi.

Many cosmetic procedures require the services of a board-certified anesthesiologist. Fees vary according to the type and extent of the surgery and will be included in your surgical quote. Fees are paid directly to the board-certified anesthesiologist.

Insurance

Certain reconstructive procedures, such as breast reduction, rhinoplasty, lipoma removal and upper blepharoplasty may be covered by insurance. Dr. Copeland and Dr. Copeland-Halperin are in-network with Medicare and Dr. Copeland-Halperin participates with certain plans. We accept all commercial insurance plans, but are out-of-network providers unless otherwise specified. Please contact our office and our patient care coordinator can assist with insurance evaluation.
