This 49-year-old’s neck and jowl area was sagging, but to do a mini-lift on only the lower face would have left her upper face looking out of sync. We also did an endoscopic forehead lift and eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) and simultaneously injected some fat into her lips and nasolabial folds.
