Before and 1 week after removing large lipoma from left cheek that was wrapping around a facial nerve and parotid gland after having undergone partial excision elsewhere. Procedure with an ENT colleague to remove the lipoma through an incision hidden in the patient’s natural skin creases and moved tissue around underneath the skin to decrease the chance of a contour irregularity.
